A CD featuring the very best of Bob Marley's music, including such inimitable tracks
as No Woman No Cry, Buffalo Soldier, Get Up Stand Up, I Shot the Sheriff and Exodus.
A collection of typically uplifting, rhythmic tropical dance music from the Caribbean and
Latin America. Amongst the styles of dance featured are: salsa, cumbia, lambada, calypso, samba, merengue, candombe, rumba-gitana,
and Afrobeat.
A collection of 11 tracks, by artists based mostly in North America and Europe, that
blend musical styles from many different cultures and cross musical borders without regard for the imaginary geographical and political
boundaries that are supposed to keep us apart from one another.
The classical Indian music of Yugal Bandi played by two masters of the art form, Shivkumar Sharma and
Hariprasad Chaurasia. Side A features the raga Jhinjhoti and side B features the raga Mishra Piloo.

from WOMAD - specially chosen from past WOMAD record releases and featuring music recorded live at WOMAD festivals.

This album has been specially compiled to provide an appropriate mix of music for the pan-African
cultural holiday of Kwanzaa. Although still largely an Afircan-American celebration, Kwanzaa is becoming increasingly popular amongst
the African diaspora throughout the world. The artists in this joyful anthology include household names, such as Aretha Franklin and
James Brown, cult figures, such as Clifton Chenier and Thomas Mapfumo, as well as musical gems from Haiti, the Bahamas and black Peru.
